Chengdu Beiji is ISO 9001 certified with AI-augmented and optimized QA. First-article and production checks use a Hexagon CMM (2.1 x 1.0 x 0.8 m) with a Renishaw 5-axis probe, plus TESA-HITE gauges and optics projectors.
The Shenzhen molding shop is IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015. Inspection there includes CMM, CCD, tensile, salt spray, and climate chamber work.
Assemblies are inspected before custom packaging. Qualifying orders ship DDP. We handle duties and import logistics.
We do not claim helium leak testing or ASME on this site.
