Confidentiality
Drawings are confidential. An NDA is optional.
Files sent for quote are treated as confidential. If your legal team wants a signed NDA, download ours or send yours. We countersign, including in DocuSign if that is how you work.
Files you send to Sunbird for quote or production are used to review, quote, and manufacture that work. They are not used to start a competing product line. Access sits with the people quoting and making the parts.
- Send the drawing. No NDA required.
- If you want our paper, download the mutual NDA, sign it, and return it to john@sunbirdmanufacturing.com.
- If you have your own NDA, upload it on the RFQ form or email it. We countersign.
- If your legal team only uses DocuSign, Ironclad, or Coupa, we sign in your system.
