# Confidentiality

Drawings, CAD, and specs sent to Sunbird for quote or production are treated as confidential. They are used to review, quote, and manufacture your parts. They are not used as a product line of our own.

An NDA is not required to send files.

If you need a signed agreement:

1. Download our mutual NDA and return a signed copy.
2. Or send yours. We countersign, usually the same day.
3. If your legal team uses DocuSign, Ironclad, or similar, we sign in your system.
